RDR2 and GTA V have some issues with borderless, try windowed (non-borderless)

I tried it in windowed mode, but it still didn't work... what worked was setting any resolution that wasn't 1920x1080, and also when starting LS as administrator it worked, before that it wasn't working.

there's some way to cap the fps in RDR2? in windowed mode is locked the option

use RTSS

you can do it from the nvidia driver as well

but usually RTSS is the most friendly way

In RTSS, just put the framerate limit and press enter?

no, you add the game exe file and then limit the game only

if you limit the global profile, it will limit LS as well
