#Adding "virtual vsync" - FreeSync / G-Sync for every display

Hi! Here is my Suggestion:

It would be nice to use LossLessFrameGenerator as a virtual FreeSync / G-Sync software solution.

For example I use vsync off in a game but I will get a lot of tearing because my Display doesn't support FreeSync/G-sync nor does my mGPU support fast-sync or similar.

By using LSFG we could cap the framerate to the exact monitor frame rate (in my case 60hz) while elimiminating tearing - while the game still runs uncapped. This would almost be like using freesync/g-sync on a non freesync monitor.

Sometimes games and Emulators have a problem with capping frames via Riva tuner or similar, as this impacts the game speed. By having an option to use "just" the stream without interpolation / doubling missing frames, the game can run uncapped while the stream is at the monitor's refreshrate.

As a side question you've heard of Scanline Sync?
