#Base FPS Low but High FPS Frame Gen (Frametime Issue)

I recently reinstalled Windows and now no matter the game FPS, the Frame Generation is either at my monitor's refresh rate when Vsync is enabled, or even higher with it disabled. Base FPS could be 80 which means it should be 160 FPS with FG in theory but it is not synced whatsoever. I have no overlays present either.

Delete this or keep it but it was "Record Desktop" on AMD Adrenalin. Used to work for me but I guess it's broken now. Hopefully this helps someone
