#SHHH tweak

Hello, some magicians are using the Shh for a very long time, an idea could be to put a timer on it so that magician can use it for 5-10 sec and then it "runs out" and may have a cooldown of ~10 sec.

there have been a few games when there is little time left and 1 or 2 people are trying to juggle both gates subtly and with 2 min left every second counts, having the magician just listen for however long he wants (i know it is in relation to charge) is slowing down the crucial part of the endgame

The problem is that the Shh mechanic is almost the magicians only way to gather intel and slow end game down when the gates are about to open.

At end game, the bunnies already usually have a pretty solid path to get up to the exit gates and so they usually don't need to interact with anything that would cause noise which means that bunnies become super hard to find and keep track of in end game.

I also don't feel that a lot of the ticket bots are in any really good spots to gather intel or slow the bunnies down near the exit gates, but that also severely depends on the slight random map generation the game has.

I will agree with the bunny players that at times I would get super frustrated I could not find anyone and the exit gates was about to get powered so I sometimes just consume a key and then activate the SHH button for as long as I can.

I feel the solution to this problem is not to focus on changing the SHH button to be worse but rather focus on changing the exit gate area to make it harder for bunnies to be in the exit gate area without giving the magician some form of intel.
Like I don't know, make the end game area ticket bots special and they can patrol around in circles or maybe have the exit gate floor increase the bunnies madness meter and they will have to leave the floor eventually if they stay there too long.
