Now what I'm saying is my opinion but i think theses' two loops need to be a lot shorter for the magi like you can run around these two endlessly and for the bunny to get so much distances is insane. i have been on both end of theses loops and i can say that it is bunny sided. My suggestion would to make it shorter for the magi to get around. with the kitchen loop yes it can be fine if you go one way but most of the time the chase will take place from the left.
