need more information, are you playing stock or do you have mods
could you provide a video of what's happening?

if you are in orbit and your craft is spinning you can use timewarp then cancel timewarp to stop any rotation

Kind of sounds like this could potentially be a trim problem, fixable by pressing alt + X, but idk
