I see that this issue has already been covered on here, but no clear solution was ever reached. I was really enjoying my save game and can't seem to do anything that will fix it. Every thread I see online says a different mod causes the problem and none of them that I have tried removing have done anything to fix it. As much as I don't want to abandon my save, I even tried creating a new one and had the exact same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
