Need help with making a part copy.

For example, I want a copy of a part from a mod, in my own directory, which should be pretty simple, if you're trying to patch it.

However no matter what I do, it seems like it just wants to patch the part, not copy it.

Please I want help on this as I want custom tweaked parts in one folder that just use another mod's models.
