These little guys have sat here for ~30 days (at least) yet the "science transmitted" counter is still at 0. Am I misunderstanding how this should be reporting, or is there something wrong with my setup?
Solar panels were deployed with a level 2 engineer, so there's 3 units of power available, and the science stuff was deployed by a level 1 scientist.

Did you use a scientist to deploy the goo and an engineer to deploy the rest?

I had a scientist deploy the goo and the control station; the panel was done with an engineer

Then it should work
But if it doesn't transmit whatsoever then you can use a kerbal to pick up the goo and save the science in a capsule or science container and then recover

I was looking at the control station stats --- I have a 0.95 comm signal strength, so I was thinking it should be doing stuff
I'll have a scientist go interact with it and see if there's anything else obviously wrong
