I'm having a glitch where every probe rocket I'm launching is having limited control. They are not hibernating, sitting on the launchpad with full electric charge and antenna, they should be connected. The only mod I have that might affect communication is Near Future Exploration but I have had that installed for weeks with no issues and I'm not using any of those parts.
