when I try to create a manuver node anywhere around my orbit, its doing this and idk why

What is the problem? It's not apparent from the screenshots. That looks like a maneuver node was created but not adjusted/set up yet.

i mean like look closely, i created it and it saying 38 minute burn time for just 30 m/s delta v, this is not a low thrust craft.
also, i had to click next orbit like many times untill it actually gave me a manuver node aheat of where the craft was, or else it gave me a manuver node like several orbits behind
