Can someone please explain to me what it means the KSP is no longer supporting the private division launcher? I understand apparently it’s a good sign but I though TTWO was the bad guy here. I’m just confused of the hierarchy with these companies.

TTWO is the main holding company that owns the KSP IP. They own a lot of publishers and game companies, such as Rockstar Games behind GTA and Private Division. Intercept Games is below PD, PD under TTWO. TTWO is shutting down PD and IG. They are likely removing the PD launcher to prepare it for the next company to own the KSP IP.
