this shuttle/plane/ssto has even udunkit. but its not quite seaplane because its landed in water but took off on land but it can traverse water to make it to land

wanted to recreate the only french ekranoplane known - the "Navion" !
Fun fact, the word for naval vessel in french is "Navire", and the word for plane is "Avion". So, Navion is just Navire + Avion.
Other fun fact, when french children learn to write they often add an "n" before avion, because "a plane" is "un avion", and when you say that, it's sounds like "un navion".
Last fun fact, the name "Navion" came from the creator's daughter ! He asked her what should they name their craft after, and she simply replies "un navion !" making the mistake I talked about before. Instead of laughing, her dad thought about it and went - "of course ! Navire + Avion !"
I find the story behind the Navion really wholesome !
