how to stack sats?

hey. i want to create a relay network with 3 sats on kerbin. i dont understand how i can stack them ontop of eachother. the ksp1 farings had interstage nodes.. i cant find any solution for ksp2. i dont have access to large parts atm in my science mode

I usually stick them to the side. You can make a side Node using the small red square.
