I had the mission to bring in a powerful (at least 7.20T) relay into Kerbins orbit and I just used the big reflectors for the relay feeds to give me a total of 10T + 10k Antena rating but the mission did not complete for some reason.

maybe the contract doesn't understand that you have the reflectors

I think there is a way to mark the contract as completed by using cheats, but I'm not sure
