Spaceplane like flying backwards

My spaceplane enters a spin upon re-entry and eventually winds up backwards and I can't get it to face forwards again. Any general design tips or reasons this might be happening? It flies fine while in atmosphere

Your center of mass is either shifting in flight as you burn fuel and/or release payloads, or is in the wrong spot to begin with

for planes, center of mass needs to always be in front of center of lift/drag/aero
