#Rocket won't get off the pad with > 2 TWR

I took a look at it.
You don't have >2 TWR. You think you do, and the engineer's report claims you do, but you don't. Reason: you're clipping your engines together, and as a result, most of them do not generate thrust in actual flight.
By ripping off all engines and all boosters and replacing them with something smaller and more sensible, I was able to get this thing to take off just fine with just 7 mammoths:
However, "take off just fine" is the limit of it. This rocket as it is will never make orbit. It is constructed with no regard for structural stability, and as a result, wobbles worse than cooked pasta. Additionally, the massive drag from the three hydrogen tanks flips it over before it gets even a third of the way to max-Q.
I'm afraid this isn't a case of "I need help to fix my rocket". This is a case of you needing to fundamentally rethink how you build stuff. If I were to "fix" this, I wager it would be unrecognizable as the same craft afterwards. Because nothing short of a full redesign will get this to orbit.
Alright, I was trying to do something "more realistic" but I could just do what I always do and side-mount SRBs then have one liquid fuel booster to kick it into orbit
Lmao I just spaced out the engines, and added 4 large control surfaces, some more struts, and I got it into orbit first try
so I don't know what you're talking about
(colors are horrible but I don't really care tbh)
