Fuel transfer

I put a couple of hydrogen tanks in orbit dry with the intention of refueling them, but after docking with the tanks I can't find an option to transfer fuel between the tanks. Is there an option to do this or has it not been added yet?

You want the Resource Manager, not the Parts Manager.
