I've had this bug twice now in a row where I revert to VAB after a Rocket Test and it seems it corrupts the Workspace resulting in the rocket under the VAB, I cant pick up the whole rocket and Replace it much higher up, also once I pick a part off the rocket it can not be placed back on to the rocket. Seems like its a very buggy mess but I don't know what causes it nor do I know how to replicate it. Ive shown a screen shot of the problem and believe me theres a whole rocket under the VAB only the top is showing.
