Recently I put a rover on Vall. When I'm done with the mission, I press escape -> kerbal space center. Then, I go to the VAB -> launch -> revert to VAB -> launch, and I'm stuck on the loading screen.

If I load a previous save through F9, the ship that I just launched teleports to my rover and makes it explode. The only way to get rid of it is to restart the game.

Are there any fixes? Currently I can't revert flight, which kind of sucks

I've found that revert to vab is very broken. But revert to launch is much less likely to cause issues. So I just revert to launch>recover vessel>ksc>vab

I found a way to fix this so I can revert to VAB, however what you said is probably good practice

I do escape -> kerbal space center -> vab -> launch -> recover -> launch -> revert to vab

and it fixes it
