You can probably still do a refund request, its not too much past the time limit. Especially since you can not run the game correctly.

Do you get stuck on ‘pumping sim once’ when trying to start a new campaign? If so, this is a bug quite a lot of people are having and likely not your pc’s fault. The devs are looking into it

In any case, game-breaking bugs like that are their top priority rn, so it should probably be fixed in the first patch (whenever that happens)

Let it load for a bit, it should now pass pumping sim once and get stuck on ‘setting universe state’. Progress!🥲
In all seriousness though, i’m now able to play the game after reinstalling and trying a few times

Huh, for most other people with the problem it doesn’t do that anymore

before the batch it hang on "pumping sim once " and nothing happen for hours ..
it crashed and closed at " sitting universe state" after the batch .
what i relaese every batch will load the game more than before 'huuh'.
i tried every posibale solution nothing change .
unfortunately cannot refund because i have 3 hours pling time on steam at loading screen .
any update regarding this .
any one can help ?
