its in the engineers report but its way inaccurate, had a rocket the report said that it had a TWR of 0.21 and a warning that it would not leave the pad because it was below 1. That rocket made it to the mun no problem

That view seems to be only for Kerbin. In KSP1, we could pick a different body or vacuum of space to get an estimate for the craft in that situation. I think that’s to what the OP is referring. It seems to be a missing feature right now.
