was going to duna but launched during a bad transfer window. Figured I could just leave my kerbals in orbit and time warp a bit, but I cant time warp any faster than 100x. I remember doing this many times in KSP 1

Same thing. Seems like the time warp is locked based on the last launched ship. I guess your ship is parked in LKO ?
