After stage seperation the camera origin seems to be offset of the vehicle. No matter what camera settings i use it won't focus back on the vehicle itself.

I've had that bug with pretty much all of my craft too, even after reloads and restarts

i've had this too but linked to me pressing one of the arrow keys. Switch to map and back once or twice helped

this is one of the biggest issues I've had too, camera POV stays with the booster and lets the second stage float away, but it just kinda fixed itself eventually

I had to load previous saves to fix this issue. Also had wings flying behind the vessel

I had this happen too, I had a probe attached inside a cargo bay and when I separated it I had to sort of force it out violently from the second stage.
