Everything works as expected in test mode, but live mode has been returning this page. Please note everything was working well some days ago.

Are mollie servers down ? Status page shows everything operationnal.

Hey! So no concrete yet (that’s why I’m quiet). So it seems that your GP is active, but since CC isnt allowed in your case this may cause the issue as we consider this misconfiguration. I know that team was looking into disabling google pay - but they didn’t take it further yet.
Let me see what the team will say tomorrow!

Note that although credit cards weren’t allowed in my case, PayPal and Bancontact both worked perfectly. The support team disabled credit cards themselves following a recent case, so the issue might have arisen after that.

Yes, my support colleagues chimed in as well. Unfortunately, I don’t have insight into why credit card payments were disabled for your account. You should have received an email explaining the reasoning behind this action.

As mollie dev we don’t have control over these cases. However, we are happy to help you out with any tech stuff. I’ll keep you updated once I hear anything from the team regarding your checkout issue

I'm actually aware of the reason CCs are disabled : Because the support jugged our product as a Gambling Product, which isn't really the case, but still told us it is (Even though we have legal documents proving it isn't).

We can understand CCs disabled (for now), but not the whole checkout process.

The team is working on a MR that will fix the issue with google pay (it was indeed this blocking the checkout flow for you ). I will ping you once it’s live!

Apologies for reviving a closed ticket, but considering the "gambling" nature of our business, I was wondering if we were eligible to Billie, Klarna, Pay by bank, Trustly and Satispay on Mollie ? I prefer to avoid activating them and cause a new issue
