#PCI DSS responsibility when using pay by link

Hi! I just wanted to confirm that if we use the pay by link solution via the Payment Links API to provide customers with a link to pay an invoice, we will not be required to complete any PCI DSS SAQs for this. Is this correct?

Yes, as long as you do not handle card data yourself, you do not need to worry about PCI DSS. See also https://help.mollie.com/hc/en-us/articles/19315617471250-What-does-PCI-DSS-mean-for-me

Since our Payment Links use Mollie Checkout (which is hosted by us) there is nothing you need to do.
