Hello, is it possible to do C2C (Customer to Customer) payments? I don't see any relevant information about my use case.
Like, my platform acts as an intermediary where users pay my platform and, once the service has been provided/delivered, for example, my platform transfers the amount, less fees, to the other party.

Requesting Mollie to pay "the other party" involves more complexity than simply transferring funds.
It requires ensuring that the necessary documents are compliant with KYC regulations.

Is it possible to achieve that?

Hi there,

Welcome to the community!

No, we can not pay out to consumers at the moment. We only support "paying out" to other businesses with a Mollie account via Routing.

what is the use case? Payaut.com is an external solution (that uses Mollie as an PSP)
