I was running around (very quickly) and ended up getting stuck in a wall / out-of-bounds. I couldn't ever get back in-bounds, though from that point on all level up canisters also spawned out-of-bounds with me. See attached video for more detail.

This just happened to me as well but was caused by Hellspitter barrel teir 3. Last picture is around the point where I got through.
