As an example:
i) The numeric value displayed for reload speed is hard to interpret. Maybe you could add an alternate way of reload time in secs (i.e. 1 = 1s, 2 = 0.5s)
ii) Similarly, dodge skill can have the % chance displayed alongside the skill value. I understand why the number is the way it is due to the diminishing returns.
