Obviously it's supposed to boost firerate by 4% and then 14% with each bullet fired, but when it comes to upgrading the base firerate of the gun it only displays the current RPM and not base RPM. So in one upgrade screen I can see that I capped out the firerate and I can work on another stat. But, I'll level up next time and it says my firerate is 40 rounds less that last time I saw. It might just be a me issue but I'd like to see what the consistent gun stats are.
#Hellfire and Hellspitter artificially boosting firerate stat

I hear what you're saying about the upgrade screen. I've been confused before as well about whether I'm seeing the base or altered value. Both current and base value are important information. I feel there could be a way to display that the value was dynamically altered and then allow us to see all the info. Here are a couple of ways I could see it showing up, based on what I've seen in other games:
- base value + current change
Rate of Fire 22.5 +31
or - current total value (+change from base shown in parenthesis)
Rate of Fire 53.5 (+31)
