The above mission says to "Find the "Eagle Eye" Gene.
I have access to the Eagle eye Gene in the base.
So I must have unlocked it, but the mission remains tagged as incomplete.

Same situation for me, I’ve bought and equipped the gene, but “steady hands” still listed as an incomplete mission

Same here and i also bought it and upgred. Still the mission keeps unfinished.
