yep.. It happened to me too 10min ago load a save and there was bushes spawn again, also at the new game area (not experimental) where the river like area about 3-4 squares up and right from the cockpit if you cut the tree at the end of this "river" workers can go in there but they don't see a path to retrieve the wood falling there..
