#IGBR: Miner still stuck

In-Game Bug Report by Anonymous: I uploaded bug report earlier where worker was stuck inside Lucrum miner. I deconstructed the miner, but the worker is still stuck.

After quitting and re-launching the game the NPC is no longer stuck. I was able construct the Lucrum miner again and the NPC did not become stuck.
