In game Description
Rather than a proper sub blueprint Udarniks are the result of separatists shoving an engine and a few weapon hardpoints onto a pre-existing beacon station, usually right after the insurgent team finished constructing it on the coalition's dime. As you might guess the result is rarely a threat to anything but the coalition's bottom line being slow, fragile, and infamously easy to flood heaps of ♥♥♥♥ and all. Regardless they still occasionally pop up thanks to their unbeatable price and utility.
