i mean bein able to only control ballast or engine would be nice
Maybe an advanced mode would be a good compromise for the control system, but leave the reactor and engine alone. This game doesn't need to be and isn't realistic.
Mechanic/Engie gameplay is 90% of the time just wandering in the sub fixing leaks and hitting that damn repair button.
More advanced systems with interesting GUI's to interact with would be dope.
But this ship has sailed since they went on a more combat centric experience.
Yes, because spamming morphine will save you from acid burns when a flora locks the door and fills the room with acid because you try to destroy it. You're right.

Still an idea worth posting, but it likely won't come to fruition.
They recently debuffed guards' health.
On the update log:
- Reduced the health of outpost security.
- Outpost security can spawn more batteries and ammo for themselves (making them better at defending themselves, compensating for the reduced health).
With what weapon?
Revolver isn't the best weapon by any means.
Only 4 shots is impressive.
