#Bring back the Carrier enemy

We have thalamus at home:
A moving thalamus could be interesting but best not as a creature imo
I’d rather see the coelecanth return tbh
It could be a shuttle thalamus. Would justify them being able to move as shuttles are far more primitive and light and also wouldn't make them too difficult/tanky.
Alternatively it could be a husk instead of a ballast flora precursor as a creature, could imagine it being held together with pieces of scrap metal but not all encompassing with a shuttle like an upsized version of the chimera.
I am not too fond of it being a moving shuttle due to the potential of it getting stuck in weird places (and possibly it being just easily sinkable the moment it takes water), though idk, thalamus moving shuttles might be ok in practice.
What if it’s just what happens if a chimera is in a sub?
They retain some knowledge
So perhaps chimera had enough to control a shuttle
Thalamus is losing its job smh
Maybe if it got off its lazy butt and moved it wouldn’t
if they do end up bringing the carrier back i hope it'll be similar to the carrier implemented by the barotraumatic mod
that would be badass, I didn't know barotraumatic went that far with their legacy enemies
Make the carrier birth husks out of its airlock
