Basically it's just a table of which colors change to which
mod it
It's too hard to mod 
too hard to make then
It really isn't, baro already has much complex shaders
Even I did it, but I missed RGB to HSL conversion

It's flawed, because postproc affects hud
And it's also imposible to link to afflictions, biomes, intensity
But good enough for my depressotrauma run

barotrauma has plenty of things like that already
from an actual game development standpoint it's extremely easy and cheap
i couldn't imagine a reason why a hue shift would be difficult or impossible
