Feature request: Visible display when cheats are enabled / achievements are not earnable

As someone who likes earning/unlocking achievements, it is frustrating to hop into a pick-up game where the host has enabled cheats so achievements are unavailable.

Asking hosts if they've enabled cheats or if achievements are disabled isn't reliable, as hosts will either lie or may not even realize that someone they've given moderator/admin privileges did it.

Having the state clearly displayed somewhere, like on the tab/info screen, would be incredibly helpful. Something that clearly says "Achievements unavailable" when they've been disabled, especially something that's visible during the initial respawn when first joining/spectating the server, so you can decide whether to leave or stay, would be important. And, some kind of notification when the achievements are disabled, so you don't have to keep checking to see if they've been disabled while you're busy playing.

People can easily cheat achievements through numerous ways if they want to

Mods exist

Steam achievement manager exists

Submarine editor exists

I dont care if little jimmy cheats in achievements basically

I care that I get punished for not restarting an hour long round after getting lodged into a wall

For me, it's not about other people using cheats to get achievements. It's that I want to earn achievements, and I can't when someone has done something to disable them on the server.

And, I don't want to earn achievements by cheating/with someone else who's cheating.

it would be better if you could disable cheats and certain cheats wont disable achivments
