Let host set an amount of skill points given at start so we can have stuff more exciting like being a clown in sandbox isn't just a guy with the full set but an assistant with the skill tree either started or completed.
I'm also saying skill points because the amount of XP to get each level rises with every skill point so this way its not like host gives you X amount of XP at start and you have 2 skill points and need an additional 50 to get the third.
