#New Mission: Materials for Outpost

There's no real danger to this mission, because loading units will keep the crates safe regardless. Huge amounts of crates do give transport subs a purpose, but this is just a lot of free money.
"Deliver lots of crates, but face an enemy submarine on the way" would be a bit more balanced, but it's still a strange mix of missions.
Though who knows. Maybe these "deliver cargo, but..." types of missions could actually be cool.
there could be a mission from coalition to intercept separatists sub, take it's cargo and return to the starting station. This mission can only occur when path has coalition on one side and separatists on the other.
Okay, now that's good. Instead of simply having to ensure everyone on the enemy sub is dead, you also need to retrieve something from it. Means you can't drop the submarine into the abyss and forget about it. Though it'd be risky to take if your submarine's crush depth is too low and you're in a biome with many holes in the level's floor.
