Create a keybind and command to trigger both loud and silent panic buttons.
Loud: When hit, emits a loud emergency tone that all other emergency services personnel can hear. Anyone within a range around the officer that pressed it can hear it too. Have it pop up in dispatch in a different color than other dispatch notifications with the name and callsign of the emergency services personnel who triggered it as well as their location.
Silent: Same as loud but doesn't emit the emergency tone and just the standard ping sound of any other dipatch call. This would be useful for scenes in which a normal panic button would put the officers safety in danger, such as hostage situations or under cover operations.
