Issue: Custom Calls do not show up in recents.
When: Anytime a call is placed to a number that was made by CreateCustomNumber
How to recreate: Create a custom number and call it.

Has this bug appeared more than once? If so, how often?: Yes, everytime.
When I call a custom number it does not show up in the recents tab. It doesn't seem that it adds the call to the SQL at all when it is a custom number.
I do use the EndCustomCall export if that makes a difference, but also it doesn't show up when the user ends it anyway so I am not sure.
