Issue: Cannot disable tab display
When: When we open the MDT application, the tab always appears
How to recreate: In the configuration file, in the Config.Police.Permissions table, indicate 99 (or any other rank number that does not exist) for the "view" property of the "Profile" tab.
Does this happen for everyone: Yes, having tested on an ESX and QBCore base

Happens on qbox too. - want to disable the ability to view images but I don't think it does anything
