Issue: DOLLHOUSE.EXE remains on screen as shown in the ss provided for both rooms but Ophelia's has an additional skull stuck center screen. Clicking on the green arrow to progess does nothing.
Location: Ophelia & Meaty's Rooms
Time: At the desktop after the first dialogues are "complete".

confirming that I'm running into this in ophi's! there's an additional skull, as lux mentioned:
I can still interact with the desktop, but the skull gets in the way of things. also can't bring up the menu. rebooting did not fix this issue - this is right after the "favorite user in the whole damn world" line
