Dee Dee had a daughter named Gypsy who was supposedly ill. Gypsy was wheel chair bound, couldn't do anything on her own. Couldn't eat, walk or even speak by herself.
Dee Dee Blanchard was seemingly a caring mother doing everything for her sick daughter.
Things took a wild turn when Dee Dee was murdered. After Dee Dee was gone, Gypsy overcame her all illnesses.

I've not long finished watching Gypsy Rose life behind bars both the confession and life after prison. Been interested in this story ever since the film The Act came out.

It's on prime video, but to watch it I had to subscribe £4.99 as it's on true crime investigation channel via Amazon but isn't included in your prime membership. Was well worth the 4.99 as you get the facts and stories, there are 2 seasons of life after prison you see her come out and try and build her life etc and her and her family reveal stuff that was never in films or books. You can cancel the subscription anytime like I did after I watched both seasons before the 4.99 got taken out again.lol I binged watch both seasons 🙂.
