Adding new flavors on an app that have shorebird already

I have an app using Shorebird without flavors. I'm now adding flavors. Can I modify my existing Shorebird project to accommodate them, or do I need to run shorebird init again?

Furthermore, I plan to add more flavors in the future. Will I be able to add these new flavors to the same Shorebird project without re-initializing?

You should be able to re-run shorebird init

and new flavors will be automatically detected and added

Great, but my project that has no flavor yet i get this A "shorebird.yaml" file already exists and seems up-to-date.

It seems it didnt detected the flavors
