Attempting to launch without modification results in "Setup file "gameinfo.txt" doesn't exist in subdirectory "hl2." Attempting to launch, following this guide, #game-compatibility message, substituting folder "hl2" for folder "tf," and Remix 0.1.1 for Remix 0.4 results in the game crashing without an error.
Current day Team Fortress 2 is built on Source Engine 2013 Multiplayer, and supports DirectX8, DirectX9, OpenGL, and if recent SteamDB data is accurate, will soon support Vulkan either natively or through being bundled with a translation layer. Did I miss or misinterpret a step in my setup process? Is this the right channel?
