it launches two windows, one fails cuz the file is being used, and the other one completes succesfully
make sure you're using the latest launcher, it's supposed to fix that
also i wouldn't use advanced install for 0.7.0, just make a clean install with quick install
apparently this means that the newest launcher version is downloaded, just not installed
im sorry, but im addicted to advanced settings. you'll have to kill me to stop me from using them
