so extracting the game works around it

i think this particular ravenholm map has issues with the lightupdaters or lights themselves being occluded by world geometry
its not really an FVF issue

sky is bright as hell on x32, not sure why x64 isnt, they share the same rtx.conf and stuff

you need to delete other mods other than hl2rtx when its mounted
