i left my pc off at home so i cant check either 
stuff with bones, like ragdolls or viewmodels
but even some models with no bones are skinned for whatever reason
not sure why
making the hashes stable would be a very difficult effort

i think this is related to what Nukem mentioned before. Portal RTX (and Remix by extension i guess) has a special driver profile that might be causing this issue

we're on par with x32 on rendering though
so any issues you had there exist on x64 for particles
but i have a lot of textures marked so you shouldnt run into that too often

If sharing files is forbidden, you could patch via bsdiff or similar methods
blueamulet has a patcher on their github page, i just provide the patched dlls in releases for the sake of simplicity on the user end
unless you mean using bsdiff for downgrading the game

Some people forget that it's a two sided plane, so they don't put the water material on the bottom side
that explains why everything gets super dark underwater
even when the world is rendering topside
maybe there is a way to fix/remove that
would look a lot nicer

CEF is the main UI rendering framework gmod uses, it also allows media players to work
it causes render and stability issues, so i made a version that disables it
or rather uses the older engine patches that do that

should i uninstall the manual way?
If I were doing it I would just start fresh and reinstall GMOD, after that you just run the easy installer and it does almost everything for you minus a couple console commands or tick boxes in the options menu
The easy installer also makes a separate folder for Gmod RTX so it ends up a lot cleaner
there is a factory reset in gmod files
I've never used it so I don't know, I think that clears all your addons and stuff? Not sure lol

Some maps may be broken and addons can also conflict, try playing gm_construct_rtx and unsubbing from all your addons (you can add them to a collection to resub after testing) and if it still has issues then something is likely broken
